How we work

Our application process

1. Application receipt: 
   First, you submit your application. This usually includes your CV, a cover letter and any other relevant documents.
2. Initial review:
   Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed by our team. We look at your qualifications, experience and how well you fit the advertised position.
3. Initial telephone interview:
   If your application is convincing, we will invite you to an initial telephone interview. In this interview, we would like to find out more about you and clarify your motivation and expectations for the position.
4. Teams interview:
   The next step is an interview via Microsoft Teams. Here you will have the opportunity to talk to other team members and find out more about the corporate culture and the specific tasks of the position.
5. Personal interview:
   If all the previous steps go well, we will invite you to a personal interview. This usually takes place in our offices and gives you the opportunity to get to know us and the team better.
